Community involvement
The questions this study asks should be the questions that matter to the people it is about.
Since May 2023, the planning of COSMOHS has involved a diverse patient reference group drawn from two patient organisations, Hiv-Sverige and Posithiva Gruppen. The purpose is simple: to make sure the questions this study asks are the questions that matter to the community living with HIV, and not only those that interest researchers.
Results will be presented not only at scientific conferences and in journals, but also at meetings arranged specifically for the community living with HIV.
